Ingredients
- 2 ½ cup Graham Cracker
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 4 cups Cream Cheese
- 1 ½ cup Nutella
- 0,5 l Sweet Cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 ¾ cup Chocolate
- 1 cup Sweet Cream
Instructions
Put the crackers into a food processor and blend it until it gets the consistency of sand. Then add the cocoa powder, the melted butter and a little bit of sweet cream.
Give it a good mix and place it with your fingers into a cake mold and make a base on which you will then apply the cream.
After that, separate the cream cheese into two bowls. Add the 0,5 l sweet cream to the first one, and the Nutella onto the second one.
Firstly, apply the white cream onto the cake base, then the dark one. Put the chocolate into a pan and stir until it is melted, then add the remaining sweet cream, mix it and pour it over the cheesecake.
Place the cake into the fridge, and leave it to sit for about 2 hours.
