Is mercury in retrograde or is it just Monday? 🙄Seriously though, it's been a strange day and technology currently isn't my friend. I had a new blog post ready to share but instead my site is mysteriously down. So instead here some inspo for #toasttuesday tomorrow! ✨ I keep mine #grainless by using sweet potato!Slice a large sweet potato into 1/4” pieces. I used a mandolin slicer. Some people cook their SP toast in a toaster, but TBH I don’t have a toaster because I don’t really eat much bread, so preheat your oven to 400F. Lightly grease a baking sheet and lay sweet potato slices flat + lightly coat with a bit more oil. While the oven is preheating, place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes until crispy – that's it! ✨ Which one would you choose? ✨ Smashed avo, lox, dill, capers Pulled chicken, avo ranch, celery, red onion Smash ago, tomato, everything but the bagel seasoning Sun-dried tomato hummus, cucumber, pickled hot peppers Cashew butter, dried fruit, seeds & coconut chips Coconut yogurt & grainless banana nut granola #goinggrainless #beckacrowe #goinggrainless .

Ditch Alcohol

Alcohol can, unfortunately, make you feel even more tired. You might feel like you want to go to sleep, but when you do it won’t be as quality as usual. Try to avoid drinking for a period of time and you’ll see how you’ll be fatigue-free.

Forget About Caffeine

We consume caffeine in so many different ways every day. Everyone’s favorite drinks coffee and coke are packed in caffeine. This ingredient might give you an instant boost, but the crash after that will make your tiredness even worse.

Sleep

A regular sleeping pattern is something every person should have. It is one of the best ways to fight fatigue. Your body needs that rest and has a biological clock which you should respect.
