Another Met Gala is behind us and it spawned many amazing red carpet trends. Inspired by the event’s theme “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty”, the A-list stars in attendance put these five red carpet trends on the map.

Chanel Bride

Celebrities used white dresses to embrace “Chanel bride” vibes at the Met, with Dua Lipa, Rihanna, Ava Max, and Gisele Bündchen looking positively bridal on the red carpet.

Black & White

Black dresses, especially the ones with white details added to the mix, also had their moment at the Met, with the likes of Cardi B, Olivia Rodrigo, Lily Collins, and Michelle Yeoh embracing this trend.

Just Add Pearls

Pearls were all the rage at the Met Gala this year and many celebrities used them to pay homage to Lagerfeld, including Kim Kardashian, Lizzo, Salma Hayek, and Ava Max.

Dramatic Capes

Dramatic capes also had their moment in the spotlight at this year’s Met Gala, and Gisele Bundchen, Kiim Kardashian, Jeremy Pope, Halle Bailey, and Julia Garner were only some of the celebrities wearing them.

Floral Fever

Floral dresses also had their moment at the Met Gala this year. Rihanna rocked our world in her flower-power Valentino gown, while Emily Blunt, Paris Hilton, and Daisy Edgar-Jones put rosettes on the map.
