🧘‍♂️ Log out, shut down, Do Yoga 🧘‍♀️ . It’s so funny when I have yoga photos taken, it’s always so quick, no breath, no time and lots of talking. It makes me laugh when Yoga is the EXACT OPPOSITE . What is does allow me to do is find yoga poses in the moment that are maybe inspiring me at the time to just drop and Yoga without any thought and only PLAY. . So today I ended up in a side plank variation. Just like a tree, you need to find your grounding and stability though the foot and hand, but as energy goes upward you want to feel light and open. This pose is a very open posture giving activation to the heart chakra, solar plexor chakra and sacral chakra. There are SO many options for this pose. You can keep the bottom knee down for more support, you can take the top leg straight and higher for more advancement. The main thing is that you can keep your breath steady ! Check out this link for a great way into side plank! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dFCrqn0RzJA . Knee Raise

You can do either leg raises or knee raises. Beginners should start with a knee raise that really activates the lower portion of the ab muscles. Once you’re able to do a full straight leg raise, the whole core will be engaged.

Plank

The simplest workout move ever, that brings so many benefits. Some people think that planks don’t activate the abs as much as other exercises. In fact, a plank is one of the best moves to activate the ab muscles, while also making you work on other groups of muscles.

Boat Crunch

The boat crunch looks very simple at first sight, but it might take you a while to properly figure out the posture. Once you do, it will become your favorite.
