A Healthy Cold Cucumber Soup That Will Nourish Your Body

Cucumber has many great health benefits: it is high in nutrients; it contains antioxidants; it promotes hydration; it may lower blood sugar etc. There are 40 cucumber species that can be eaten raw or used in cooking. No wonder it is the 4th most popular vegetable in the world. This time we present to you a healthy cold soup made from this amazing veggie.

Ingredients:

4-5 larger cucumber
2 garlic cloves
1 and 1/2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1/2 lemon juice
1 cup of sour milk
1 tablespoon of sour cream
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
white bread
butter
dill (optional)
salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar

Method:

Start by washing and peeling the cucumbers. Cut them in half and remove the seeds with the help of a spoon. Then cut them into smaller pieces and put them into a blender. Gradually add all the other ingredients and mix it until the consistency becomes smooth.
Pour your soup into a bowl and let is sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Meanwhile, cut the bread into small cubes and fry it on butter.

Decorate your cold soup with some dill and serve it with crucibles.
