YouTube has launched a fashion channel and it is bigger and better than we could have possibly imagined.
Derek Blasberg announced the news that fashion and beauty would be getting their own segment on YouTube. Now, it has been revealed that the new segment will include individual channels from Naomi Campbell, Alexa Chung, and Victoria Beckham.
“Our goal is to make YouTube.com/Fashion a diverse and inclusive place, filled with the latest fashion and beauty trends, content and more,” Derek said in a statement. “We’ll be working over the coming months to bring more international voices to the page and localize for global markets.”
The section is called “Slash Fashion” and it will deliver all the beauty and style content a fashion lover needs. In addition to the likes of Victoria Beckham receiving their own channel, collaborations with Ralph Lauren and Louis Vuitton are planned. You will also get a sneak peek into the wardrobe of some of our favorite style icons, including Alexa Chung.
