Now that it’s warming up outside and the weather will be getting nicer and nicer over the next few months, it’s time to plan a date. While the pandemic has caused date nights to look different than they were in the past, it doesn’t mean that Netflix is the only option. Whether you’re having your first date or been dating for years, these spring date ideas are pandemic approved so you can be safe and connect with your partner.

Have a Picnic

Enjoy the beautiful weather and set up a picnic in your local park. Just bring your favorite treats and some wine for a super romantic date.

Go on a Bike Ride Together

Biking is a great way to enjoy being outside and to get active. Bike around the city with your date and stop at the spots you love.

Go on a Food Tour Around the City

Make a list of your go-to spots as well as ones you’ve wanted to try and make your own food tour. Pick a food you like like ice cream, tacos, or pizza and spend the day taste testing them until you find your favorite.

Volunteer at an Animal Shelter

Visit your local animal shelter and spend the day with the cats and dogs there. It’s a great way to give back to your community and spend time with your significant other.

Do the TikTok Four-Course Meal Challenge

This viral challenge is the best way to switch up date night and it involves getting food from different places to make a four-course meal with drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. It starts with Rock, Paper, Scissors and the person who wins each round chooses where they go for the meals.
