Kylie Jenner, major influencer and founder of the billion-dollar brand Kylie Cosmetics, has announced that she is collaborating with fashion designer Balmain for a brand new beauty line. Kylie announced the news on Instagram, sharing a photo of her and the Balmain Creative Director, Olivier Rousteing.
