East 3-Ingredient Crème brûlée Recipe

Creme brulee is that dessert that everyone likes. And now you can make it by using only 3 ingredients. Next time you have friends over, you can prepare this delicious creme brulee recipe and enjoy all the compliments.


For one serving you’ll need 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, 1 egg yolk, and 1 tablespoon sugar. As simple as that.

How To Make It:

Before you start with anything else, preheat the oven to 160˚C.  Put the ice cream in a bowl and microwave it for half a minute. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Put the egg yolk in the ice cream and start whisking it. Get a small ramekin and place the mixture inside. Find a pan and fill it with hot water. Put the ramekin inside the pan. It should be covered halfway with the water.

During the next step of this delicious creme brulee recipe, you need to put the pan in the oven for around 50 minutes. Once the time’s up, the brûlée will be a little jiggly. The ramekin has to cool down for at least 2 hours then put it in the fridge for a while. Once it’s completely cold, set it outside for half an hour. Add some surat on top and melt it with a torch or broil it.
