Geometric patterns such as zig-zags and chevrons have been popular home decor trends for the past decade. We’ve seen them all over bedding, pillows, lamps, dinnerware, curtains… pretty much everywhere. A new pattern, the squiggle is making its way into our homes. We’ve found the best ways to incorporate it into your home.
Keep it Minimal
As with other geometric patterns, you should use the squiggle in small doses. Keep it to throw pillows, bedding, or curtains. You want the piece to make a statement, not to overwhelm your space and choosing one accent piece will achieve this.
Incorporate it in Your Bedroom
It’s always fun to update our bedroom because this is the room we spend most of our time in. Change your bedding with a squiggle pattern comforter or textured squiggle pillows. If you want to keep it simple, try using black and white squiggles or if you’re feeling bold opt for bright colors.
Squiggle furniture is just so much fun and the table below is the perfect statement piece. Just adding this to any room will change the whole feel of it. If you’re not a fan of this table, you can always try patterned chairs.
