Mornings can be crazy and the very idea of doing something in the “spare” 15 minutes before you head out and go to work may sound insane, but if you get up just a little bit earlier you can start your day right and even be more productive by the end of it.
Write Everything Down
You only need five minutes to write down everything you need to do during that day and by doing it, you will make sure you don’t forget something important. You can put all kinds of things on paper: tasks you need for work, people you should call, things to buy on your way home, etc.
Move Your Body
Turn on some music and move your body a little bit! You can dance, do some stretches, or tidy up the living room so you have a neat home when you get back in the afternoon.
Make Your Lunch
There are tons of things you can prepare in 15 minutes to take to work instead of buying something unhealthy on your lunch break. From simply packing the leftovers to chopping up some veggies and making a sandwich, and even cooking something simple, the choices are endless.
